Location and breakfast

Very clean rooms. Great breakfast every morning with plenty of choices. The staff will gladly answer questions and are always willing to help. The airport express busses run right by the hotel. The long-distance bus station is across the street. The metro is about 100 feet from the hotel. Great location and a great stay. Great value for the money.

Hotel staff is amazing...very helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Bathrooms & shower exceptional...beds very comfortable Restaurant is onsite but run by separate company - food selection was good. Breakfast was average but regular cold cereal would have been a plus. It was typical Sudamericana breakfast...lunchmeat & cheese, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit. Eggs were less than desired and no cold or hot cereal.

Chose this hotel because of its convenient location: just steps away from the bus station and a metro station. The airport is appr. 20 taxi minutes/ 20.000 peso away. Rooms are nice, bathroom and shower also. Breakfast was good, complete and enough choice for a good days start. Personel is helpfull and informative. Loved the fact you can store your luggage here, for a short period, but also for a couple of days (we went to Easter Island in the meantime). You can also buy some food, snacks and drinks at the reception. Or go to the Subways next door, or the mall, that is a block away.

The hotel and room were very big, clean, and modern. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. There were plenty of electric plug sockets. The breakfast options were excellent. The hotel was quite close to the University of Santiago metro station.

The hotel is modern and clean inside with good size rooms. There was hot water at all hours and the staff were friendly (plus spoke English). Metro is very close so you can get to the city centre easily. Breakfast had a very good selection.

The receptionists are really friendly and helpful. The location is good, near to the bus stations. The rooms are also nice, however, room 1006 was quite noisy specially since the window does not close properly and all the noise of the highway goes directly into the room, even at night :(

Clean, spacious and modern room. Great shower. Polite and efficient staff. Breakfast was good and started at 0630 hrs which was useful as we had an early bus to catch. Good value for money.

I was only at this hotel for one night, based on that…it was a very nice hotel right near the bus station and not too far from the airport so great if you have just finished a journey or are about to start a new one. Has a good restaurant with friendly staff. Also the TV had some channels in English including CNN and the BBC so I got to catch up on the news. Reception staff where very helpful.
